The gala evening in [Bury St. Edmunds - Theatre Royal] took place on April 24th. It's aim was to raise money for the theatres Restoration Appeal. The beautiful old theatre was built in 1805 and is in need of restoration and development. The evening was hosted by Sir Jeremy Isaacs and Jack shared the stage with such legends as Dame Judy Dench, Sir Ian McKellan, Prunella Scales and Timothy West. The performance included the Adagio from Bach's G minor Sonata and Ysaÿe's "Ballade". To view larger pictures click the images below...
